L’application est sympathique, chez soit ou à distance on peut faire ce que l’on veut. Toutefois, il manque pleins de fonctions de la télécommande et c’est dommage, sa permettrait d’avoir une application au mois identique à la télécommande. Côté ergonomique on peut faire quelques chose de mieux comme le réglage de la température avec le souder pas pratique je trouve. 
Autre chose, il m’est impossible de charger des photos prises avec mon iPhone, que se soit en JPEG ou en PNG: l’application refuse systématiquement alors si quelqu’un a une solution je suis preneur. 
Enfin, en étant « admin «  et donner l’accès aux invités j’ai relais que se soit plus détaillé, comme le choix d’interdire de passer en mode chaud quand on demande du froid. L’ajout d’un widget serait un plus et une compatibilité avec l’AppleWatch serait top!!

Voici comment j ai fait appuyer au moins 10 sec sur reset en meme temps j ai cliquer sur action ds melcloud reinitialiser l interface wifi ensuite lancer wps sur freebox via le ajouter un appareil de freeconnect et des la box en recherche wps cliquer 2 sec sur le bouton mode

Installation 2 splits en wifi.
L’app est pratique mais très manuelle.
On peut créer des scenarios mais pas les programmer automatiquement, on est donc obligé d’activer le scénario voulu à la main, ce qui fait perdre un temps fou.
De plus le fait que le paramétrage fait via l’app ne soit pas transmis à la télécommande du split est très perturbant, on a donc des informations différentes et on ne sait pas laquelle est active.

Application très pratique, intuitive, demande de fouiller au début pour comprendre et trouver toutes les fonctionnalités. Dommage que l’on puisse pas avoir un déclenchement des spits en fonction de la température relevée. J’aurais aimé avoir un déclenchement température mini et un arrêt température désirée en hiver et inversement pour l’été. Je pense qu’on pourrait faire de réelles économies d’énergie ainsi paramétrer. Développeurs à vos compétences ;-)

An sich habe ich keine Probleme mit der App. Sowohl von unterwegs als auch von zuhause kann ich die Klima steuern und hatte noch nie ein Problem. 
Das einrichtungsverfahren ist katastrophal kompliziert. Wenn man aber genau nach Anleitung geht schafft man es schon. 
Am schlechtesten finde ich aber das Design der App. Alles wirkt relativ alt und nicht sehr intuitiv. Aber auch da kommt man klar sobald man sich eingefunden hat. 
Wünschen würde ich mir noch Widgets oder quick Access shortcuts auf dem homescreen

Ich muss den Vorrednern Recht geben: 1. seit ein paar Tagen funktioniert die App gar nicht mehr. Was quasi eine Bankrotterklärung der gesamten App-Entwicklerabteilung von MEL gleichzusetzen ist. Da funktioniert die SW anderer no-Name Hersteller zuverlässiger. 2. UI/UX ist quasi aus IPhone 4s Zeiten, da ist nix passiert in den letzten Jahren. Nicht intuitiv, keine gute Hilfe, verschachtelt, mal geht’s, mal nicht. Timerkonfiguration katastrophal: wieso kann ich keine Zeitblöcke festlegen wie in einem stinknormalen Kalender? Im Menü muss man immer wieder zurück um einen vorher angesehen Bericht mit anderen Variablen zu aktualisieren. Wieso kann ich die Berichtszeiträume nicht dauerhaft ändern? Fazit: Diese App ist für einen namhaften Produzenten mit den aufgerufenen Preisen einfach nur eine Katastrophe! Leider überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert

Nous sommes en 2024, et l’interface de l’application semble encore d’un ancien monde. Il serait grand temps de proposer un gros rafraîchissement du design de l’interface…
Point fort de l’application, ce sont les possibilités de réglages assez avancés et la programmation qui est complète.

Par contre il y a des lags et des bugs sur le rafraîchissement des paramètres, le curseur de réglage de température bug, il faudrait une option pour pouvoir fusionner 2 Split comme étant un seul etc…

Seit den Wintermonaten lassen sich unsere neuen Split Klimaanlagen (MSZ-LN’s) nicht mehr über diese App bedienen, oder nur kurzfristig. Nach ein paar Tagen/Wochen hängt sich die App beim Zugriff auf die neueren Geräte auf. Altgeräte funktionieren nach wie vor. Nur ein abklemmen der Geräte vom Strom schafft eine erneute kurzfristige Verbindung. Scheinbar gibt es Kompatibilitätsprobleme mit neuartigen Geräten. Ich glaube es wird allerhöchste Zeit diese App mal grundzuerneuern. 
Bei der Hotline wurde mir bisher nicht geholfen. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt ziemlich enttäuscht über den grundsätzlichen Service bei einer solch bekannten Marke
