Somit kein nutzen und wie gewohnt zu normalen Hausärzten gehen ### 5/5 — Schnelle Hilfe ohne Praxisbesuch bei Post Covid *2026-04-14* Ich habe die App für ein Video-Gespräch mit einem Hausarzt genutzt und bin positiv überrascht. Der Termin war schnell verfügbar, die Atmosphäre angenehm und ich wurde ernst genommen. Besonders wichtig für mich: Ich habe ein Rezept erhalten, das mir zuvor mehrfach verweigert wurde. Gerade für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Belastbarkeit, z. B. bei Post-Covid, ist so ein niedrigschwelliger Zugang zur medizinischen Versorgung extrem hilfreich. Kein Anfahrtsweg, keine Wartezeit im Wartezimmer – trotzdem ärztliche Betreuung. Für meine Situation eine echte Erleichterung. Klare Empfehlung. ### 1/5 — Nicht funktionsfähig *2026-03-21* Die Anmeldung war schwierig und umständlich. Ich bin bei diversen Anbietern /Shops registriert, mache online-Banking etc. An mangelnder Kompetenz lag es also nicht. Die App ist einfach unpraktisch programmiert. Sie springt von der App in den Browser und erkennt den Zusammenhang dann aber nicht mehr. Meine Registrierung abschließen konnte ich letztendlich auch nicht, da die App mir einen Netzwerk Fehler angezeigt hat (nachdem ich alle Daten, Versicherungsnummer etc. Eingegeben habe). I was able to book an appointment quickly and on time exactly when I needed it. As a foreigner who doesn’t speak much German, I really appreciated that the consultation can be done in English that’s a huge plus! I had my consultation with Dr. med. Nicola-Patricia Rudert, and I must say she deserves 5 stars for her professionalism, kindness, and clear explanations. I’m completely satisfied with her consultation service and with the Meliva app overall.
