Mello is a personal breathing and grounding app built for the moments when anxiety, stress, or overwhelm catch you off guard.

It's not a subscription wellness platform. It's not an AI chatbot. It's a small, focused tool that gives you something practical to do when things feel hard — right now, wherever you are.

WHAT MELLO DOES

Choose a breathing scene — Park, Ocean Beach, Forest, Mountain Sunset, Night Campfire, or Rainy Shack — and let Mello guide you through a calming breath cycle. Sessions run 5 or 14 minutes. Your animated companion breathes with you, keeping you anchored in the moment.

When you need help fast, the "Help Me Now" flows walk you through a 2–3 minute grounding sequence tailored to your situation: a presentation, a social event, a panic moment, or just a hard day. Step by step. No guessing.

Practice Plans let you build exposure gradually — specific situations, suggested pace, and a record of how each attempt felt.

Mello stores everything on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no cloud sync. Nothing you do in the app is shared with anyone. Your breathing history, practice attempts, and personal data never leave your phone.
