## What is mellow?

mellow-fan is a fan community app built around the concept of “creating a comfortable space together with fans.” Enjoy live streams and videos from your favorite streamers (creators) while showing your support and connecting with a passionate community.

* Yell
Yell is a paid function that allows users watching videos to support creators. It can be used by purchasing mellow Points.
By sending a Yell, your message will be displayed in the chat for a certain period of time. During a live stream, the user who sends the most Yells can have their message displayed exclusively in the chat.

* mellow Points
You can purchase and check your points from “Point Management” in the Menu tab.

* Channel Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are available to watch exclusive videos from each channel.
Prices vary by channel, so please check the subscription page for details.

* Premium Membership
Premium members can use additional features:
- Stamps
- Ad-free
- Subs-Trial

* Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Monthly auto-renewable subscriptions will be charged to your Apple Account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

When your subscription renews, the same amount will be charged to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

* To cancel your Subscriptions

You can check your membership status and cancel your subscription by following these steps.

1. Open the Settings app and select your Apple Account
2. Select “Subscriptions”
3. Select the plan you wish to cancel
4. Select “Cancel Subscription”

Cancellation During the Current Period
Cancellations for the current subscription period are not accepted.

Free Trial Period
The free trial period is available only to users who register for the first time.

### 2/5 — バッテリー減りえぐい

バッテリーが溶けます。YouTubeだとそんな事ないのに、このアプリ使用時は発熱しバッテリーの減りが異常です。そして不安定なサーバーなので配信が途切れる。リアルタイムで見るのがライブ配信の良さにもかかわらず、超低遅延は負荷が大きい。配信者イベントなど乱発する前に環境を整えられては如何でしょう。

バックグラウンド視聴してるとめちゃくちゃアプリ落ちるんですけど、ちゃんと最適化してます？
あと他の配信サイトで動画や配信を見てる時よりも明らかに端末が異常発熱するんですけど何故ですか？

こんなんじゃせっかくアーカイブ制限無しになっても、ユーザーは利用する気にならないと思いますよ？

画質が悪いのはある程度分かってたけれど、加藤純一に密着する特別な配信と思ったら、無料で配信してるYouTubeと画面が何も変わらない、加藤純一には密着しない、後半はおにやが回してて、これにプレミヤ会員限定って、もはや詐欺では無いですか？景品表示法違反では？なにか特別にあるから有料なんじゃないんですか？
本当にお金をドブに捨てた
加藤純一だけでなく、OPENRECの運営、カメラスタッフ全てが終わってると感じました。最悪。

リロード機能が無い為、配信をリロードしたい場合は一度配信を閉じてもう一度開き直す必要があります。昔まではそれでも良かったのですが、最近すべての配信に広告が付くようになり配信を開き直す度に広告を見せられるようになりました。
　意図的に行なっている訳では無いでしょうが、凄く不便なので改善してほしいです。

好きな配信者がここで配信していて、アーカイブを見るためにこのサイトを使わないといけないが、無料会員だと1日に見れるアーカイブが2回までだったり倍速不可だったりと他の配信サイトにはないゴミ仕様に悩まされる。挙句広告は高頻度で来て不愉快極まりない。ツイッチとかYouTubeに移ってくんねえかなぁ。邪魔です。

チャット等はキレイに見えています
環境はiPad mini6 (iPadOS17.5.1)です
同Wi-Fi環境でiPhoneでは画像もキレイに見れています
何故？

アプリを利用するとバッテリーの消費が異常に早い、端末が発熱する
iPad proとiPhone15を利用していてスペックも十分なはずだがアプリもよく落ちる
試しにiPhoneとiPadを省電力モードにすると更にアプリが何度も落ちるようになるので、恐らくオープンレックのアプリはバックグラウンドの動きの関係でバッテリー消耗が激しいのだと思う。

他のYouTubeやツイッチではこのようなことが起きないので配信者にとってはかなり致命的だと思う。
自分はアプリがあまりにも酷いのでアプリは使わずにWEBの方を利用しています。

アプリを利用すると発熱がやばくなる点だけは何としても改善してほしいです。

やっとインストールしたけどまだコメできないraversオバさん。。今日は4時〜しょへ秀ちゃん聞いてたよん♡ 🎮は息子がやっけるけどやり過ぎで寝坊するから怒ってばかりで全くしないけど
会話が面白すぎて無料の時、よく聴いてます。。
今日は最後までと、最後のトイレ🚽で中々帰って来ないから買い物行きながらも配信聴いててメロディしか流れん… で終わっちゃったやん　寝落ちした❔大丈夫かな… ピンポン何回も鳴ってたし
ご無事である事を信じて🙏　又観に来ますね♡♡

よくスマホで見させていただいています。

 •少し前から、試聴中、広告が流れたり一旦別のアプリを開いて戻ったりした後、画面の中央に表示される一時停止マークが、矢印が一回転しているマークになり、一時停止しようとそこをタップすると動画の最初からになってしまいます。 そのため一時停止したい時にすぐできず、画面を最小化したり（画面を小さくすると一時停止が表示されたりします）電源ボタンを押して音楽再生表示から一時停止マークを出現させて行わないといけません。とても不便です。

 •上記と同じタイミングくらいから、広告が流れた後動画に戻った時や、動画試聴中に一度画面をタップして情報を出した時など、もう一度画面をタップしないと出た情報が消えなくなりました。以前は一定時間が経過すると自動で動画試聴画面がクリアに見える状態に戻っていたので戻してほしいです。ながら見することが多いので、広告のたびに毎回画面をタップしないといけないのは不便で。。。画面が薄暗くなって真ん中に最初から再生マーク、画面下半分くらいに別の動画のサムネイル数個がずっと表示されて、そのままでは動画が全然見えません。 

 今回のアプデで直っているかなと期待したのですが変わりありませんでした。 個人的にオープンレック好きなのでぜひ直してほしいです〜！お願いします！
