## What is Mellow?

Mellow is an Instagram workspace for creators who want to publish without getting pulled into the recommendation feed or performance numbers.

Build a simple weekly plan, prepare a Reel, post, carousel, or Story, and preview how new content will look on your profile grid. The AI assistant uses your actual plan and prepared media to suggest one clear next step. Any external action requires your explicit confirmation.

With Mellow, you can:
— plan upcoming posts;
— rearrange drafts in your future grid;
— develop captions and ideas with AI;
— receive qualitative guidance without percentages or rankings;
— use haptic feedback and subtle interface sounds;
— delete your account and associated data from the app.

Mellow does not show a recommendation feed, like counts, rankings, or raw comments. It never publishes on your behalf without confirmation.

Connecting and publishing to Instagram requires a professional Creator or Business account and availability of the relevant official Instagram API features.

Video publishing works again. A Reel of any size goes straight to Instagram — the old few-megabyte ceiling is gone.

Subscriptions are recognised correctly. A purchase made in the App Store is now seen by the server, so paid access no longer has to be restored by hand.

Publishing answers immediately: you can see the post being sent, and if Instagram refuses it you are told the real reason rather than a generic error. A publication that did not go out no longer disappears from the plan.

Email sign-in and password recovery.
