Why is it so complicated to add or access your address in this app? If you added your address and want to access it, you’ll have to contact customer service 🤦‍♂️ Like, what?? Why is this even a thing? No other online shop does that! Please consider adding an update where you can easily access & change your shipping address like how they do in Amazon & other online stores. 🙏 ### 4/5 — Good *2020-11-30, version 2.7.9* Good App, smooth user-friendly with great potentials to be one of the top apps, however it seems there are many ads for "shops" who sell their items here. First my chat got corrupted and then I couldn’t chat and the chat name was “meltoo” Second the app always automatically logs out now it logged me out and the error is like “Failed to login for user Meltoodbpay” Sometimes even when the seller gives information of the pickup It doesn’t go to the system and it takes 2+ weeks to get processed One bug is that the picture cannot be zoomed in to check the product and when you click on it it shows half of the picture and the rest is just above the screen It was all good and fine until the bugs add up and it’s just horrible now I just need my account back and the bugs to be removed entirely Please the developer team do soemthing about it Release a big update to fix all the issues **Developer response:** Hello, we apologize that you’re experiencing these bugs. All their messages are lies, they simply cant keep their words with it comes to timing, starting from crediting your account, to getting your cash, all lies lies. Also, when i finally got my email verification code, it wouldn’t click on “submit”. It stays on the same screen with the code but won’t proceed any further. I'm literally stuck. ### 1/5 — Slow af support and expensive *2020-06-15, version 2.6.8* Supports takes many days to reply to your chat. Rejected ads cannot be modified and resubmitted, instead, you have to post it again from scratch and lose your “free” first ad. This platform is not free and really not worth your time. ### 1/5 — Extremely poor customer support *2020-06-10, version 2.6.8* Careful guys. My account was blocked a month ago. They had my details on their system. I received a confirmation notification about an order which I wasn’t aware. No idea what was delivered and where it was delivered. And delivery timing was at 3am. Extremely poor customer support. Specially the customer representative Mostafa. He even doesn’t know what he is talking about. When they can’t deliver the items on time. Morrad ### 1/5 — Beware of this service, they ask you to accept damaged items *2020-05-14, version 2.6.6* Beware of this app. When you pay for an item, even if the seller will send you the broken or damaged item , they will ask you to accept it. And if you refuse to accept it. They will block your account , and I don’t know how would you claim for refund. And the staff is not so much professional , i noticed all negative feedbacks and complaints on facebook are right away deleted, and then someone from their team sends a private msg , that we should not behave childish. So my experience and advise for all, stay away from this app. **Developer response:** Dear reviewer, we take customer disputes very seriously. If a seller has sold a defective item without disclosing the defect, the buyer is entitled to his money back without question. However, if an item was sold as a defective item and such information was clearly specified in the product listing, then no returns can be approved.
