An easy and convenient way to manage your lawn and garden watering. Use the free app on your iOS smart device (minimum required iOS 9), to control all the programming on your Melnor Bluetooth Water Timer. Manage one, or multiple Valve Units from the same app. Set up is simple and offers the most flexible scheduling options to meet any gardener’s needs. Water on specific days of the week or every few days, up to 30 times per day, from one minute to 6 hours.

App can be a little hard to navigate like the settings for frequency and day of the week mode. Otherwise, really easy to set up, pairs easily, and (the best part) I don’t have to sign into an app just to water my plants. Honestly, hands down amazing product for being very cheap ($40 for two valve)

If you have any connectivity issues with Bluetooth, make sure you completely uninstall the app and then reinstall. The operating system needs to re-verify Bluetooth connectivity or else it won’t work.

It works, but it is frustrating when you tap valve 1 to program and you don’t realize it’s actually programming valve 4. It has a real bad habit of not opening the valve you selected.
