I got this to practice two-row button melodeon in GC, as found on a Hohner Erika. I love how this app lets me set up a large variety of reed tones and a huge number of keys. However, it somehow changes my iPad Pro to vertical only, and there is no easy exit. Once I managed to get out, but was stuck in Vertical. The next try, I couldn’t get out at all! In both cases, I ended up turning off the iPad, then restarting. In both cases the iPad reverted to its correct format. But I’m not going to use it again. This has been out for at least 11 years, but its controls seem circa 1990. Why is it so rudimentary? Why isn’t it set to work well with iPads? I’m out $10, for which I received ten minutes of frustration.

App décevante : trop peu de fonctions, pas d'aide ou de mode d'emploi, sonorité décevante. Seule utilité : bon repérage des différences entre accordéon 1, 2, 3 voix ou plein jeu.

En fonction de mon accordéon (2 rangées CF), je ne peux absolument rien faire, contrairement à ce que vante l'app. La navigation et les fonctions sont hyper limitées. On ne peut pas choisir une pièce en fonction de notre instrument. Bref, pour moi, ça ira à la poubelle!

I think the bottom line with this app is that it just doesn't sound very good or demonstrate any real care by the developer for actual players of the instrument. 

Sure it has a lot of layouts in one app (in reality most players only play one or two button layouts/tunings at most anyway) and is fairly responsive, but at the end of the day it just sounds very tinny and artificial, only made worse by the odd sounding reverb (notes get cut off like it's a sustain rather than true spatial reverb) and dry/wet options.  

There are some other fundamental usability issues particularly with the two-row accordions on the iPhone version that are very frustrating to play and make them useless for traditional Irish players. 

The biggest difference between this and the Hohner-branded SqueezeBox apps is that on the Hohner apps every note is indvidually recorded from a real instrument and optimized for best sound, giving a very realistic experience. This app sounds to me like all the sounds are synthetically generated.

I think most players will find this app very unsatisfying to play. Save your money.

Works faster than the android version of this app. The only downfall and the only reason I will not use this app is the fact that the gcf extreme is cropped and is missing three buttons on the right hand side which is essential for the songs I was hoping to play on this app. And for that reason it makes this app unusable to me. Very bummed for that considering I payed 3 bucks expecting it to be the same as the android version. It isn’t. Android version the button scale is extended a bit which makes the world of a difference to me.

Title says it all. Just 1 problem with both this and the piano accordion app.
The old settings menu is now all graphical. As I'm totally blind i need textual explanations for key, registors etc and text telling me which slider does what function, bu great app anyway, saves me buying these expensive hohner boxes, as i want to mess about with and get used to hohner's club system.
Suggestion: please also add bass buttons, and hohner's lilliput melodeon, Bb/Eb clubbed? Thanks.

The sound sort of improved but now it resets all the settings every time it's closed which is ANNOYING!
