I reached out for support once I didn’t get any resolution. I will use it since I paid but it’s sad to have to cancel.. My 7 day free trial started 10/18/23 and immediately when I tried to access the barre chords lesson, it would not load. I closed the app, reopened it made sure my phone is updated to the latest software, uninstalled, reinstalled the app and it’s still will not load. I decided to try again today 10/19/23 and still the same issue. I also tried to access several other premium lessons, which also would not load.
