## What is MELON?

※本アプリをご利用するには、「コニカミノルタ 医療機関向けコミュニケーション支援サービス MELON」の契約が必要です。

MELONとは主に医療機関様向けのサービスで、タブレットを使って多言語でのコミュニケーションを行うことが出来るサービスです。主な特長として「医療通訳」「機械通訳」の機能があります。

「医療通訳」
コールセンターへコールし、医療用語に長けた通訳オペレーターと接続して音声もしくはビデオを使って通訳を行います。診察や手術説明など、丁寧で正確な通訳が必要な時に便利な機能です。

「機械通訳」
タブレットに話しかけるだけで翻訳テキストが表示され、リズミカルに通訳可能です。受付や病棟での会話など簡単なコミュニケーションを取る際に便利な機能です。
