Both the iOS and web apps are riddled with bugs and usability issues. iOS App Issues: •Third-party login is unreliable – Requires multiple attempts to authorize. •No Apple login support. •Login page conflicts with Apple’s auto-fill – The app seems to treat login as a sign-up page, leading to confusion. •Severe bug during video calls – Switching between front and rear cameras causes the phone to vibrate continuously. •Outdated and inconsistent design. •Poor navigation – Requires unnecessary clicks to return to previous screens. •Swipe gestures do not work. •Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode lacks controls – No way to perform basic actions while in PiP. •Mute function is unreliable.
