some thoughts don't deserve a notes app. they need to leave.

melt ritual is one screen. tap, write the negative thought that's been eating your focus, and hold the melt button — the words liquefy under your finger, drip down the screen, and dissolve until white washes over everything. lift your finger and the melt pauses; hold again and it continues. when it's done, it's gone. permanently.
