It doesn’t remember your details. If you get your password wrong you get no option for a reset, you just have to keep trying. It doesn’t even appear to be formatted for a phone screen. Scrap it and start again. ### 1/5 — Glitchy, slow, and useless *2022-11-18* Top five worst apps I have used. Very slow and terrible user interface. Keeps logging me out, password reset / recall is glitchy (I use LastPass so it not me it’s you). ### 1/5 — Hopeless app *2022-03-24* I receive messages about race results. Click on link and you cannot get past the sail pass purchase screen. There is no way to exit sail pass purchase screen to anything else. ### 1/5 — Should be kicked off the App Store *2022-03-18* This so called app offers no security and no functionality. ### 1/5 — Application Error *2021-11-30* This app iso frequently is unavailable due to Application Error. It’s poorly designed and logs me out within a day. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-11-26* Can log in but the app insists I pay a charge the club that uses the app doesn’t levy. I don’t think so. Very poorly designed app, no customer support. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever made *2021-11-12* Who ever looked at this rubbish and though..‘It’s finished and I like it’. So hard to use. No ability to reset your password. The app actually makes me angry how bad it is. ### 1/5 — Memberpoint doesn’t work *2021-11-06* Constant application error s real time waster ### 1/5 — Application Error!!! *2021-10-18* Doesn’t work full stop. Tried to register 5 times, closing and restarting the app every time and the app crushes with “Application Error” message screen. The app is supposed to be used by Sandrigham Yacht Club. Is this App supported at all? Terrible. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2021-05-11* Pages do not load , screen flashes bright and dull, unable to select from lists and typing view is often hidden away. No notification that e-mail will be sent confirming successful registration. Absolutely not fig for purpose and should be kicked out of App Store. ## Frequently asked questions about Member Point ### What is Member Point?
