Just downloaded the app, upon opening it, it just hung then finally returned an error message. Garbage. It looks promising but for now it can’t even do simple tasks such as syncing calendar appointments consistently- it’s hit or miss. I will say the developer seems interested in getting to the bottom of it and has been reasonably responsive with emails. Also, there may be some EZ Facility administrator configuring (switches and toggles) that our local gym needs to get right, hard to tell from my seat as a customer? ### 1/5 — App *2020-02-25, version 110.4.13* Can’t open the app 😡 ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing on opening! *2020-02-07, version 110.4.13* Crashes when you “Select” your gym! Wont let you add membership cards on multiple devices. Example my phone and my wife’s phone. We can’t have our kids cards on both of our phones. Then we tried deleting the card and it won’t even delete the card. It shows deleted then you open it again and it is back in the system like you never deleted. Terrible and no common sense when making this app! ### 1/5 — was ok, now a piece of crap *2023-05-25* the app used to have the ability to store multiple cards like parents and kids and they removed the feature with zero warning now you can not have cards on more that one phone the software developers are incompetent. our club needs to get rid of this crap product and switch to a company that knows what they are doing if you are club that considering using this product don’t . it has been nothing but a pain for our club and members terrible customer service ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-04-16* This app is terrible. Crashes anytime you try to refresh something. Notifications don’t clear, even when you clear them. It barely works. The Facebook button takes you to your own Facebook feed. I already have an app for that. It’s called Facebook. My instructor Lauren Benincasa is the BEST! She is so helpful and always available to assist me with my workout and fitness goals... I also like and enjoy the equipment. The variety is helpful to accomplish all your fitness goals. I can even sync my classes to my personal calendar.
