The transfer function is blank. The app still crashes. Who is actually managing and developing it? Color scheme is bad in “Member Card” and needs to be updated. This app could be beneficial to Air Force Clubs if it works. More funding needs to be directed to the programmers of the app. Like most things in AFSVC, It’s probably contracted out, but they need to hire their own programmers to make this app useful. Or rework the contract. ### 2/5 — Strange App *2020-08-27, version 2.1* This app crashes CONSTANTLY unless you only select “view member card”. But when you view a card, you can’t read anything on it because of the color scheme. There’s white lettering and a big white circular orb right where the lettering is, making it extremely difficult to read. Can’t update your profile, pay dues, or even communicate with other members. Why does this even exist? ### 1/5 — Buggy and nearly unusable *2025-11-23, version 4.1* Unfortunately, a professional group I belong to uses Memberplanet to handle members. Neither the app nor the website functions well. The app crawls along like it was AOL in 1989–maddening. On the app, you can’t add a picture profile or access “my groups.” Pretty much useless. ### 1/5 — Crashes, can’t manage memberships *2025-11-11, version 4.1* Avoid if you need to set up paid memberships for an organization. It’s now 2025! *2025-07-05, version 2.1.2* Login issues, groups don’t always appear even though some are marked as favorites, took an entire three days to figure out how to update payment information, and support is never available at time you need them. It’s disappointing to read reviews dating back 8 years and still have the same issues. Very disappointed in this app, yet and still, my membership groups continue to use it in support the developers. With all the reviews, and the 1.5 star rating, you know what the concerns are but have not dedicated any time to address them. It does not fully work and the developers appear to have no interest in either updating it or fixing any of the bugs. The app is more than four years old. One problem is that when you click on an event to see the details, all you get is a blank screen. Have spoken to their customer support and they say that’s too bad. I don’t recommend this platform. ### 1/5 — Unreliable App *2025-03-04, version 2.1.2* This app is so frustrating to use. It crashes 99 percent of the time. You have about 3-5 seconds to view whatever it is you’re trying to access before the app shuts off/crashes. There have been no fixes to this application in the past 4 years of me using it in Japan. It’s funny because I don’t even tell services ( most of the time) that I’m a member because I can’t even pull up my digital membership card to show as proof. They’re quick to email you though if your monthly membership payment doesn’t process. I once changed my debit card and forgot to update my profile on this app. If I could give it negative stars, I would.
