I’ve updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing. It’s been days! I can’t transfer, the app just crashes ### 1/5 — Cards quit working months ago *2024-10-03, version 2024.4.0.10* The “cards” tab to turn credit and debit cards on/off quit working months ago. All I get is a notice when I log in saying that the cards tab is unavailable when I log in. I spoke with a person at the Garden st branch yesterday re. a different matter and she says it’s due to my phone not being the newest model (2020 [running ios 18] vs 2014 or later models). A banking app should function regardless of the model year of a person’s phone, especially if apple is still giving security updates on that phone model, not everyone wants to drop $2-3k on a new phone every year/every other year. ### 1/5 — Update = “Application Failure, come back later” *2023-12-10* The latest up date keeps giving a spinning wheel of death saying “please wait”; follow by “application failure” and booted back to log in page. This 20+ yr member of MFCUFL (members LAST credit union) is closing all 4 accounts on Saturday. Choose another credit union folks, members do not come first here anymore. ### 1/5 — Not an upgrade *2016-05-28, version 5.0* I do not like the new app. I would much prefer an actual calendar instead of the rolling days, months and years. You only had to click the date to make your selection and it was much easier. Also when you typed in your payment amount you had an actual numeric keypad instead of using the keyboard as the new app does. You literally can only make transfers to and from your accounts. Can not do anything to another member or to another one of your account elsewhere. You can't even go online to the website and change your address. It says my information cannot be shown at this time. MFCU is almost at the point it is unusable.
