Bill pay is a bit challenging bc it doesn’t guide to the specific site to make changes. A phone should not be outdated for technology just because those with greater wealth buy a new gadget every time a business pumps out more for maximum profit gains! Evil corporate geed when you take advantage of the wealthy & completely disable the poor from even being able to obtain a job through technology which is how most jobs have people apply, need apps to apply for jobs. Prolly the same narcissistic people who claim all poor shouldn’t have nice things too eve though they worked hard bought their phone with cash (Full price , when it came out new! Not necessarily poor but often labeled that way, because I refuse to keep feeding the corporate trolls. My phone is barely 10yrs old & for the full price I paid over 1K just for the phone, doesn’t include insurance or service fees or phone service it should last a lifetime. Fund fact check the price of gold back then it was just barely $1K USD for 1 troy ounce, now price of same said gold is almost $5K USD, proof our money system is out of wack. Most of the time I cannot deposit a check with the mobile app. It is always flagging me. Bill pay on the mobile app does not work so I opened an account elsewhere just to be able to pay my bills! Best part? Every time I call the ‘customer service’ number for assistance their attitude is not one of ‘how can I help you resolve the issue?’ But more of ‘there is nothing wrong with our technology and it must be you the customer’ so the issues that I have had are never resolved. I feel that there are much better places to do my main financial business with than this Credit Union. ### 1/5 — Can’t seem to make a payment *2025-02-07, version 11.0.5906* I called on Monday the third of Feb to make a pmt and set up auto pay. It never showed up on my account as paid. Did the same yesterday and I’ve got a screen shot of the pmt of $240 paid on the 7th along with auto pay starting on the 28th of Feb. It still has not come out of my account from Community West that is an external attached account. I will check back in the morning to see if it has come out of my account yet. If not I guess I’ll be calling you back again. I’m thinking about transferring this loan to my credit union here in Grand Rapids at the same rate due to never having had this problem of making a pmt with them.
