Members First Credit Union (MFCU) was established in 1958 as Thiokol Employees Credit Union. In 1996, the name was changed to Members First Credit Union. Members First is a Utah State chartered credit union and serves Box Elder and Cache County residents, as well as the employees and families of Orbital ATK Launch Systems, Autoliv ASP, Management Training Corp., Kent's Market, Malt-O-Meal Company, NUCOR Steel, VulCraft and Utah State University.

At startup the menu list is blank.  To get the menu to display I have to close the menu and reopen it.  Then to use the second authentication I have to use a second device to access my email.  If I minimize the app to open my email and then return to the app it closes the code entry and starts the send email function again creating an endless loop.  I liked the app before this.

This App is Neanderthal…needs updating or really, a complete overhaul. The world, and even small town Utah is WAY beyond the elementary technology of this app. Otherwise, I do love this credit union…although it would be nice to be able to do international transfers.

I’ve never had too much trouble with this app. It’s definitely not perfect, but I’ve never had an issue that couldn’t be fixed by restarting the app.

This app needs to be updated way more often. Get with the times.. I needs glitch fixed at login screen and at transfers where the screen vigorously goes up and down. Also needs Face ID or Touch ID option of security. Needs to have iPhone 7,8,10 compatibility.

I liked the old app better. One major thing that blows, is how I have to constantly be signing in to get into the "mobile banking" tab. Even when I just switch tabs with in the app I have to re-login .. seems dumb. Wish there was a way to keep me signed in always... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Probably the worst banking app I have ever used.. not sure if it's just the apple one, but it's horrible!!  :( everything on it is so confusing.  Hardly gives any information needed.

Don't get me wrong the new set up is great, but I hate having to type ALL of my info in every time. If on newer updates if you can have a "remember me" button of some sort, it would be much appreciated!
