They didn’t have a solution for me just said it should start with BASE. I noticed that the screen looked weird in dark mode so I change it to light mode and Wala, BASE was now visible. I then looked at the reviews and the first one I saw was Brianthekranky who had the same problem a year ago. Why don’t you just fix it. This is very important to change on your phone otherwise gods luck finding the correct uuid. Otherwise, it seems ok. The app does not fill an iPhone X series screen. Nor does it support dark mode. And the connection/settings screen is not entirely user friendly. Because the display names of the Bluetooth devices are all in black they don’t show when trying to connect. I hade to try several connections before I could get it connected to the bed. I finally called the number in the manual and they said it doesn’t work at this time. They are “..working on updating it but there is no estimated time when it will be available again.” I’ll change my review if and when they fix it. ### 1/5 — Completely broken since latest update. *2024-03-25, version 1.0.6* Can’t connect to base and use any controls. I’ve tried pressing, holding and tapping fast the button but nothing seems to work. ### 2/5 — Like the new upgrades but… *2024-03-20* The new upgrades look good but screens are difficult to use because the different choices stay open, for example if I choose alarm clock then pick remote the alarm clock screen stays open on top of the remote making it difficult to see what’s underneath. The remote can get it up to 30 minutes. I see the three dots but it doesn’t go past the first one. (Unlike other MM Base App) *2022-07-07, version 1.0.5* It worked the first time I used it… I recommend this app so you can put your remote in your partners night stand/table drawer (and theirs in yours). Someone program to only show the UUID only. I downloaded a free Bluetooth scanner app. The scanner will list all the Bluetooth devices around you. The device name with the word “base” is the adjustable bed. Well OK, I do wish it supported iOS Widgets, so I could use it without having to launch the app. ### 4/5 — Works great, once set up. *2025-05-01, version 1.0.7* For my bed I had to look at the box under the base where all the connections are at for the number by the QR code, that’s the one I had to connect to in settings… I also had to change the “remote type” in settings to match the physical remote (the members mark logo is the difference from what I could tell), once I did that it worked. There is no guidance on setup which is pretty ridiculous. ### 4/5 — Great Remote, No Alarm *2024-05-20, version 1.0.7* The remote is easy to connect, just know that your phone needs to be in light mode when connecting and the Bluetooth connection for the bed starts with “KSBT”. I also had to change the remote type to “MMKDT” for it to work. I gave 4 stars because the alarm function doesn’t work. ### 4/5 — Control both sides *2022-11-12, version 1.0.5* iOS. This is a really simple backup remote option for the Sam’s Club split king adjustable bed. It would be nice to access the switch control of each bed, the A/B/Both, settings from the master/Home Screen, instead of having to dig into the sub navigation settings.
