Had my bed 2 years. Live in an apartment. Too much wifi nearby.  Tried repeatedly to use wifi app never connects.

Really need a secure way to connect.

After multiple attempts, I finally got to the “home WiFi” screen and got my home wireless to show up.  Entered the password, the iPhone already connected, hit “Next” and then got the “Searching” screen.  It just sits there spinning for 2 hours on the last attempt.  Just started it again and will let it “search” overnight.

I cannot get this app to connect to my Members Mark Premier Adjustable  Base! I too just get a black screen every time I enter the information.

Tried to use this app to set up my members mark luxury base and I could never get it to connect. When I put in my Wi-Fi password it would just go to a black screen and stay there or the whole app would crash. Very irritating and disappointing

My bed uses the Bluetooth version. Can you bring the timer function to the Bluetooth version app? I have to keep waking up to press the vibrate botton. Hence not getting a good sleep.
