Called web support and they say they have not received any calls. I find this strange. The people at the phone company are extremely rude and unhelpful. I have this bank for about a month now and not one single person can tell me how to access my bank. I honestly don’t even want the account anymore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who lives in 2018 to use this bank app. ### 1/5 — Hate it *2018-02-11* I love my bank. I really do. But this ap is utter trash and entirely defeats the purpose of online banking. When I pay a bill, there’s no reason the money shouldn’t be deducted from my available funds. Especially when I’m paying WITH THE AP ITSELF. I’ve already been hit with fees after a check didn’t deposit correctly and I wound up overdrawn.
