I have an older iphone and now the app won't let me in. Not all phones can be updated. Please fix.

Don’t want to open an account just to pay my loan or credit card bill.  And balances are not updated in a timely manner.  This app is useless compared to other similar apps from bigger companies.

App is stuck in 2006. It's absolutely terrible from a consumer standpoint.  

It never shows me my accurate balances, which is a HUGGEEEE ISSUE for credit cards and bill payments. How am I supposed to know how much I owe when it literally has NEVER updated? It seems very fishy, and lots of serious issues can occur from this. 

I love your credit union; but PLEASE UPDATE & FIX THE APP!

I I would recommend anyone living in Rockford area to open an account with this credit union. Not only did they have great customer service. They are very friendly on the phone. The app that they have works perfectly and I feel very safe doing my transactions with them.
