It makes me frustrated! Please get rid of the bug. ### 2/5 — Nice when it works *2019-10-14* I like this app when it works. It recent logged out on my phone and I can’t remember my password and no option to reset forgotten password so I guess I’m done with this app... ### 3/5 — Can’t get rid of messages notifications *2019-09-17* I am having the same problem as other reviewers. I get a notification indicating I got new messages but after reading the messages the red circle on the app icon doesn’t go away til I remove app and install again. Also the “mark all read” buttons under messages is grayed out before or after I read messages so I can’t click on it. What I ended up doing was to turn off all notifications from this app under settings. I am hoping by doing that I could just get emails with announcements and not notifications on the app. I couldn’t change the settings under “notifications settings” to receive just emails of everything (newsletters, announcements,etc) because again the “save changes” button was grayed out. I am using an iPhone 7, IOS 12.4.1. ### 2/5 — Notifications *2019-09-16* The notifications red light doesn’t go away. Deleted the app and it’s still there. If you have an organization, avoid this app; it was written by a mommy to get PTA money. I’m always having to log in to see if, in facet, there IS a new message or not. It is completely inconvenient and a hassle. Using this, I am able to search for the kids name and it will provide me with not only their parents names, but their phone number and address as well.
