Ive requested the password reset email and never received it! I’ve requested it several times, and it’s not in my junk box either! So very pointless!!! ### 1/5 — USELESS *2021-04-22, version 5.2* Don’t bother with this app! Took forever filling stuff out to only be told there was an “error” when trying to pay. Tried multiple different pymnt methods w/ same outcome. It’s such a shame because it is a good service. It will have you refreshing, refilling, and click multiple times to submit something making you think you submitted something wrong. Please just use the actual website save yourself the trouble. It’s sad the drivers benefits fund chose this services for its drivers when it doesnt even have a functioning app. ### 1/5 — Intake error *2020-09-25, version 4.6* I’ve tried using this app because my job switched us from teledoc to this. It has crashed on me 10 times tonight I hate it. Never had this issue with teledoc. I get an error message after inputting all of my information for a visit request. This is my first time trying to get an appointment through this app and it’s been a nightmare. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2020-08-14, version 4.5* Never able to open ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-05-27, version 3.10.0* Worst telemedicine app I’ve ever used and Dr was rushy and dismissive . ### 1/5 — I clearly have strep and was told to gargle salt water *2020-02-13, version 3.10.0* I was too sick and tired to go into a doctor. I told the doc who called me (who consistently was answering text messages while talking to me) that all I needed was salt gargling, hot tea with honey, and ibuprofen at bed time. She said that strep throat isn’t the same for adults and I just have to wait it out. I sent a pic of my swollen tonsils that had white infection alllll over them and had a fever. I just needed antibiotics. Now I have to go to urgent care and had to pay for this service. Will not use again. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2019-11-22, version 3.10.0* Spent 2 1/2 hours trying to register. After multiple calls and multiple charges to 2 different credit cards they could not get their system to make the appointment. Save your time and money, go to the nearest pharmacy or doc-in-a-box. Oh yeah, I verified that both my credit cards were not blocked and had plenty of available funds ### 1/5 — Waste of Time and Money *2019-06-25, version 3.10.0* I get a few sinus infections every year. My husband used memd for a sinus infection and had an antibiotic called in. I have a sinus infection with an earache and used this service. The first doctor I talked to said to take Zyrtec and Advil. He refused to call in an antibiotic, but said I could talk to another doctor. They charged me again to talk to another doctor. This one said I just needed to get the inflammation down and a steroid would work. So after spending $140 on nothing, I will go to urgent care in the morning and spend another $200. Really a waste of money and time. I would not recommend this service to anyone. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-06-20, version 3.3.0* Called in for a sinus infection, was told to go get a nasal spray. That was a waste of my money. The Dr or whom ever I spoke to was very dismissive. Never again!!! ### 1/5 — MeMD- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY *2017-06-25, version 2.2.1* TERRIBLE! What a waste of time and money! I don't even think the guy I spoke with was a doctor, no video conference to be able to look at my throat. He basically told me there was nothing he could prescribe for my cough and if my symptoms persist I could go to urgent care! Obviously dummy, i was not wanting to go to urgent care, that's why I'm using this pointless App. What a ripoff ! ### 1/5 — Payment info *2017-03-29, version 1.2.0* Doesn't let me proceed w appointment because I need to "verify payment info", however the only option is my employer. I can't figure out how to continue or enter alternative information and there is no number listed anywhere to call to do the appointment over the phone. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — What a worthless app *2023-12-16* I have used the app four times for appointments. Worked great. Forgot my password today, reset it and saved it mind you. Now I go to login and it says that my account doesn’t exist with the email I provided. I only have one email. I’ve tried to sign up again and it will just doesn’t do anything. What a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Unable to Sign In *2023-02-09, version 5.17* Can’t even use the app - doesn’t let me sign in with my account credentials… ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2022-12-05, version 5.15* App won’t let you login on iPad or iphone ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-12-03, version 5.15* I can’t get a reset password sent and the app freezes and I can’t do anything but shut it down when I get to the reset password screen. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-04-19, version 5.10* Can’t log in via the app. Has been an issue for months. ### 1/5 — Can’t seem to get past “select pharmacy” screen *2022-03-30, version 5.8* There is a glitch with your app. I entered all my information and when I get to the screen where I have to select what pharmacy I want a prescription sent to, I select the pharmacy that I want, but it doesn’t move onto the next screen. It says error. This completely stops me from being able to proceed with making an appointment with a doctor, when I really need one. It’s endangerment of peoples health if they are not able to rely on your app to get the medical care they need which they are paying for. I’m sure one of you guys can fix this glitch. This happened today 3/30/22. Let me know when you fix it ### 1/5 — Awful thus far *2022-01-14, version 5.5* Inept. Painfully slow. I requested a Tele health call last night and was told it would be several hours and that “there’d be more options during day”. I opted for next day (today) and requested during the day, per the suggestion. 4 hours and nothing. I can only say we came over from BCBS and when I called them, I don’t think I ever waited more than 10 minutes. (Also during Pandemic) Not to mention myriad issues when simply trying to register. Super frustrating *2021-08-11, version 5.5* Simply won’t let me log in. The login button either doesn’t work or sends me to the “sign up” page. Won’t let me sign up because I already have an account. Logged in o. The web portal and tried to set up an urgent care appointment, got the error message “error when trying to create intake!”. No explanation of what to do. Super frustrating experience ### 1/5 — App issues *2021-07-08, version 5.4* Have had app issues for 4 months. Can’t start a visit because app had an issue adding people. I have talked to numerous people to resolve the problem to no avail. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great, Quick Experience *2020-06-03, version 3.10.0* I was able to get a prescription refilled and sent through right away for pick-up at my pharmacy. The Dr. was very friendly and nice, but thorough, and made sure I had all my questions answered before the visit was over. It was a short visit, but it didn’t really need to be long! I would use MeMD again :) ### 5/5 — Great App *2020-02-24, version 3.10.0* Had a bad tooth infection they were able to answer my questions and get me a prescription to my pharmacy, thank you! ### 5/5 — Excellent Service for UTI *2018-08-31, version 3.5.2* Excellent experience. Doctor or PA and first caller very professional. Will use again. This type of help is wonderful for basic items such as a urinary tract infection. They were very kind, called back within an hour, and I had a prescription at the pharmacy within two hours. Very happy with services. Beats the heck out of waiting all that time at a doctors office ! ### 5/5 — Great service *2014-11-09, version 1.0.4* Although I have health insurance, my urgent care copay is a lot more expensive than MeMD. I have used this app twice and both times I talked to an outstanding PA that was really knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions. I even picked up a prescription 15 minutes later. The wait was super short and the entire process was seamless. This app is a keeper for sure! ### 4/5 — the Future is here *2017-02-09, version 1.2.0* Worked seamlessly. Entered basic medical/history info, (doctor) called me back within 5 mins. Didn't get 5 stars because there was no way to do a video conference on the app. I think they (ME.MD) Also needs to explain that as soon as you receive the requested call, it's from the actual MEDICAL DOCTOR, not some representative that works for the company. Had to figure that out the hard way. It was my first time using it. They Had my script at the pharmacy within 15 mins literally. Make sure you stress you need a sick note while on the phone with the doctor. There's no way in the app to request one. Hope this summarizes everything. Amazing ### 2/5 — Waste of time *2021-06-02, version 5.3* Had conjunctivitis and called to get a prescription for the antibiotic eye drops I need. The doctor started by asking me about medical history as expected. He was very hard to hear and understand. Then he started getting snarky with me after I told him I am a medical marijuana patient. Then I asked for a recommendation on when I could safely return to work. He said he could not write doctors notes or tell me when I can or can’t work. ### 2/5 — Just use a desktop browser *2020-11-12, version 4.7* Sad in 2020 the app is just non functional. After multiple “error creating _____” just went online and was able to create a visit for a call appointment. Got great service from Dr but the app wasn’t helpful in making an appointment or attending the appointment via video. ### 2/5 — Was not a doctor *2017-05-15, version 2.2.1* The provider I saw was a PA and the site advertises doctor visits on their home page. Later in the page, it does say PA or NP though.
