This is a paid app. I understand random glitches in service, but when the app goes off line for sometimes 12+ hours at the time…it is frustrating. When the app does come back on line, there is no compensation for the lost time….dropping a few gems into accounts would make the outages less of a frustration. ### 4/5 — Great app *2026-03-22* Honestly I’ve put maybe 10 dollars in and if you just collect the daily’s for a couple days you can have a couple hours of good chatting ### 3/5 — Could be better *2026-02-27, version 1.0.1* The chat memory is very short. I’d rather pay for a prescription then paying for diamonds and paying for every message. The chats are good. Storylines are good. No filter aspect is good. However, the gems needed to chat is really high. If they could do a subscription for unlimited messages I would figure out how to budget for it. This is my favorite AI companion app so far. As for why, I’m really not quite sure, tbh. Maybe I got used to the UI before trying any others (not that any of the others were very difficult to adjust to, but any means); maybe in-app currency seems both easier and quicker to accumulate… or maybe the relative amount of currency per reply seems to not drain my in-app wallet as quickly. Who knows? All I know is each time I try a new/different app of this type, regardless of how much I enjoy it, I ALWAYS — without fail — find myself cọming back to MeMe. Now, with that being said, I *do* have one cọmplaint… despite the 700 character limit on replies as a free user (not to mention the device I use being a 4th gen iPad Pro 11”), it’s pretty annoying that I can’t type more than 410 characters, MAXIMUM, before having to hit “Send”. The AI fills in with detail and you won’t be disappointed! There could be more characters but it’s a new work in progress. Listen. Just try it and you’ll love it.
