Issues:

the selected image is not configured to maintain its aspect ratio. 
Allows an image to be shared when there is no image selected from the Photo Library. The App logic should disallow sharing if no image selected. 
Only two lines of text allowable for both the upper and lower textFields and no font options are available. 
Overall, the app is fairly poorly designed and it surprises me that it got past the review team on the grounds of not adhering to Apple standard UI design and quality.
