Things like uploading 60s of a video instead of 30, and similar resolution of said videos are now low res. The watermark won’t come off of memes. Update: Developer responded for me to email them. I put in my username, and click “login”. After clicking login, an error pops up saying “failed to sign up”. It takes you to a blank screen, where it doesn’t tell you to do anything, but it lets you type something in. I assume this is where you’re supposed to put in the password. After putting in my password, the “back” or “next” buttons do not work. If you press them, nothing happens. I only figured out a good 20 minutes later that you can still login because if you press the “enter” button on your keyboard, it works. I think most people wouldn’t think to press the enter key, like I didn’t originally, so if the big green “next button” and the big red “back” button could be fixed, that would be great. ### 1/5 — Didn’t get what I paid for *2024-07-25* I thought this app was a very good one to create memes and I’m still convinced it’s very good on the principle. But the fact that I payed for the pro version and never got access to it… I tried to « restore purchase » but the app would crash… I tried to « send a message » but obviously no one has ever answered me… it’s a pity cause I really like this app but I think no one is taking care of it now. Most text turns into random symbols that are unreadable, in the chats section there are like 8 horror chats for some reason, and as of this morning all it’s showing on every page is a grey screen. The passwords, users, emails, etc. were all correct, checked the TOS box, but still have zero access to the accounts created. I have used my Apple account and different email to make both accounts, but as of now, I have been struggling to get back into them, only able to access my current account. In the inbox tab on the bottom screen, scrolling through the public chats (general, gamers, movies/tv, etc) crashes the app if you attempt to scroll either right or left. I have not encountered this bug until I updated my iPhone to IOS 17.1.1 earlier in the day, perhaps it could have something to do with that or something else entirely.
