Can you write us hello@noteplan.co and elaborate, we would love to fix this and maybe check your logs if it’s really lost. It sounds like you recorded this on the Apple Watch? It should keep sending it (it would not delete it until it was sent successfully normally), so maybe it’s still there. The logs would help us identify what happened exactly (see in Memo AI’s Settings, and scroll to the bottom). ### 3/5 — Needs work *2026-04-27* Lots of potential, the only thing that I would appreciate is the ability to fully edit my transcript; right now you are limited to being able to edit just one word! What?! Otherwise, a good app **Developer response:** Thanks for your review. We made the conscious choice to not make Memo AI a note editor to keep it simple and focused. It transcribes audio and lets you correct individual misspellings. If you want to edit the transcription, you are free to export it into your note taking app of choice. In Memo AI, the transcription stays true to the original audio. You can also append audio if you need to correct an interpretation in the summary. ### 4/5 — Great little app – for selected languages *2026-05-11* I really enjoy the app – and love to support the developer – but I should probably have thought a bit more about language support. Danish gets quite weird when Memo (and Apple) thinks it’s Dutch… **Developer response:** Thank you for the review, please submit a request to add Danish to the list of transcription languages (so you can select it directly vs “auto detect”). Many languages are supported, but we have added initially only the transcription languages in which the app itself is translated. Auto detection works mostly, but in similar cases can mix up things, that’s a limitation of the transcription AI model. ### 5/5 — Call summaries are sick! *2026-08-13* I’ve been using this since the beta. Eduard has done an amazing job both at the pace and feature set of this app. The new note layouts are really useful for catching what happened in a meeting and I am using it often! Detailed in all the right areas. Accurate and concise. Finding more and more use day to day. In addition, seamless integration with NotePlan. If you’re a NotePlan fan you have to try this. And I’m happy that Memo is useful for you! ### 5/5 — Okay then Amazed *2026-05-20* I was already an avid Wispr Memos user. I just figured this would be just like Wispr Memos but would plug into Note Plan, which I was trying to use anyway. The first test run was hitting the record button while at the eye doctor with my wife, and then I forgot about the recording and went to go back and look at it later. I was blown away. I'm still trying to figure out how exactly to make it work with Note Plan, but as far as a dictation and action plan program, this app is amazing. I will gladly pay the $50 every year and will never unsubscribe. Within the first month of downloading it, they already added watch support and CarPlay support. I'm a big fan of NotePlan and you can tell it's from the same developer. Just like NotePlan, I'm sure there will be more iterations and it will keep getting better and better and most importantly, Eduard really listens to his users, and is super responsive.
