The only option is then to delete the recording. You can’t even copy the transcript out of the app. **Developer response:** Thank you for the honest note, and sorry for the failed recordings. Two things have changed since: a memo that fails now keeps its recording with a Retry button instead of forcing a delete, and every transcript can be copied or shared from the memo's share button. Freut uns sehr, dass Memo dir hilft. ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-08-27* Does not take notes well and processes for hours for anything more than 60 mins. Support does not respond. This is all with a monthly subscription. Not worth it. **Developer response:** Sorry for that experience, and for the silence from support at the time. Long recordings are processed in parts now, so a one-hour meeting is ready in minutes, not hours, and support@withmemo.app answers within a day. If you still have the subscription and want to give Memo another try, write to us and we make sure it works for you. ### 5/5 — Absolutely Incredible! *2024-12-04* Speechly AI, it’s seriously the best note taking app. I have tried Transcribe, Coconote, Otter, all that, but this one’s on another level. Tbh, I wasn’t sure at first, thought it was just hype, but after a few days, it legit changed everything for me. Like, I don’t even stress about taking notes anymore, I can actually listen to the prof and understand stuff. Used it for poli sci, stats, econ, even engineering it works for everything. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would lol. If you’re in school and wanna make life easier, you NEED this.
