## What is 現調Memo?

A field survey memo app for construction and real estate professionals.

Record locations, photos, tags, and memos directly on the map during site visits.

Key Features:
- Add survey pins to the map with a single tap
- Attach multiple photos per location
- Organize with tags and custom labels
- Sort by newest or by distance from current location
- Export field survey reports as PDF
- Link property listings (SUUMO, etc.) to each pin

[Local Storage Only]
No cloud upload. All photos and records are saved only on your iPhone.

※PDF export is currently free, but will become a paid feature in a future update.
