It would be great if it synced with the MemoCal Mini on my iPhone. Really like the latest upgrade with the stamp feature. Lets you cut and paste -- been waiting for that! Thanks! Now I'd like to be able to finger-zoom to expand an area of the calendar to be able to review what I wrote instead of having to open one day at a time just to read it. Second, there are a ton of writing and doodle programs out there that have a lot better, cleaner line quality when you 'write'. Would love that here -- it's still pretty choppy and looks primitive no matter what line thickness I use. Not happy...... I had to put one star to send this...rated zero stars. ### 1/5 — Really annoying calendar. *2019-05-16, version 2.2.0* When using the IPencil, or even just your finger to write on the calendar, it is jerky...you’d have to try it to see, by which stage you’ve paid and it is too late. I wouldnt even bother with the free one...I’m going to ask for a refund. Update....no refund, and heard nothing back from them. No way to fix. Looked good, very disappointed ### 2/5 — Two stars for a good idea, but the app still needs a lot of work. *2012-08-23, version 1.4.2* The idea is great but more work is needed. The main problem is that handwriting is very difficult -- the writing is not smooth, and the ink appears not where one touches one's pen, but a few centimeters higher or lower. In some apps, handwriting looks smooth and pretty, but in this one, the handwriting more closely resembles a scribble. One thing that I liked is that the developers offer several background papers, including lined papers and grid papers. These backgrounds are very useful for handwriting, as the lines or grid squares provide guidance, and the resulting handwriting is neat and straight and aligned. This app allows the user to pan and zoom so that, indeally, one could write big and the handwriting would be small. One could get a lot of handwriting into a single, small space. However, in this app, it is not possible to write in the "pan" (big) position: the writing comes out in little streaks and is hardly legible. This situation is frustrating because the idea of writing big, and on nice lines and grids, and then having the handwriting appear neat and small is a very good one, especially in the calendar format. I really hope that the developers try and work out these problems, as the result would be a stupendous app. I also wish that the lined-backround/pan and zoom options could be made available for the iPad version. ### 3/5 — color and wallpaper don’t work *2022-03-03, version 2.9.0* please fix or tell me how to. love app other than that ### 3/5 — Gets deleted after a year *2020-11-09, version 2.7.0* I would love this app if it wasn’t for the fact that your all your entries gets deleted at the New Year. It is a straight forward calendar, just like one you would hang on the wall. Perhaps younger people do not visualize a calendar like that, but this old folk does. Also, the act of writing helps me remember better than typing something. There are many features I don’t use, but I am sure others take advantage of them. I just wanted a simple calendar and that is what this is to me. I write cursive, because it is a bit hard to coordinate print when you don't have a pen. My favorite part is that you can use your pictures for the background of the date. We love to travel and I like putting pics of the places we visited on the days. It becomes like a photo journal. Thank you for fixing the app in this last update so that we can keep our custom settings! I am frugal and usually only download free apps...
