App Lock Keep your journal behind Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. You choose how long an unlock lasts — immediately, 15 minutes, an hour, two hours, or until you close the app — and Memoires covers the screen in the app switcher either way. It is off until you turn it on in Settings. Drafts An entry now saves itself as soon as there is something in it. Leave the editor and it waits for you in a Drafts section on Home. Nothing counts as a memory until you save it. Choose a place The location chip now searches. Look up a venue, an address or a city and pick it off the map, instead of only tagging where you are standing. Photo suggestions, closer to the writing When Memoires finds a trip you have not written about, the notification now shows the photos and where they were taken, and opening it carries those photos into the entry with you. Suggestion cards can also be dismissed for good. Larger text everywhere Memoires follows your text size across the timeline, the editor and formatted text, all the way up to the accessibility sizes. Headings hold their size whatever you set yours to, and the H1 and H2 buttons light up when they are on. A new icon Memoires has a new logo, with light, dark and tinted home screen icons. Also fixed Refine with AI works again after a server change broke it. Writing about a photo suggestion now returns you to your timeline, instead of leaving you on a page that still said you had not written it. Tapping a suggestion notification opens the right screen. Background photo scanning no longer stops running after a few days of normal use. The notice about restarting for iCloud sync waits its turn instead of arriving over your first entry. And Settings has a Rate Memoires row at last.
