Ich habe das Probeabo gehabt und wurde nicht vorher benachrichtigt, dass dies bald abläuft. Jetzt hat es das Geld für 1 ganzes Jahr abgebucht und obwohl ich sofort reagiert habe und die App überhaupt nicht weiter nutzen möchte, gibt es für mich keine Möglichkeit den Kundenservice zu erreichen um eine Möglichkeit zu haben mein Geld zurückbekommen.

es tut mir leid, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast. Abonnements und Probeabos werden vollständig über Apple verwaltet. Erinnerungen vor Ablauf des Probeabos hängen von den Benachrichtigungs- und Systemeinstellungen des Geräts ab.

### 1/5 — Funktioniert leider nicht.

Mir wurden schon zu Beginn 100K Tokens abgezogen. Also hab ich nur mit 50K Tokens gestartet, obwohl ich 150K Tokens für 6€ monatlich bezahlt habe. Zum anderen habe ich dann einen Podcast generieren wollen und konnte ihn in der Bibliothek nicht anhören. Ich habe nur einen leeren Bildschirm gesehen. Und dafür habe ich jetzt 6€ ausgegeben. Lohnt sich leider nicht. Ich hatte mir mehr erhofft.

Das von dir beschriebene Problem mit den Tokens und der leeren Bibliothek war ein Fehler in einer früheren Version der App und ist inzwischen vollständig behoben. In der aktuellen Version werden die Tokens korrekt gutgeschrieben und generierte Inhalte werden wieder ganz normal angezeigt und abgespielt.

Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du der App noch eine zweite Chance gibst. Als Entschuldigung schenken wir dir gerne einen kostenlosen Monat. Schreib uns dafür bitte kurz über den In-App-Support oder an unsere Support-Mail, damit wir dir den Gratismonat freischalten können.

Ich finde die App einfach nur toll! ich nutze sie täglich zum lernen. 
Die Audio-Funktion zum Aufnehmen und Anhören von Inhalten sowie die Quiz-Funktion zum Testen des Gelernten machen die App sehr nützlich.
