There is also a 90% off offer in the App Store and the app. **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately the lifetime promotion expired a few days ago. The free lifetime offer only lasted a couple of days. If you had downloaded the app while the promotion was in place please email us hello@memoo.app ### 1/5 — Begging for reviews before even using 🥲 *2025-03-14* This app is truly a privacy NIGHTMARE with a developer who definitely understands grifting 101. Your data everything about you they collect market and share then just for giggles sell too even more people. The app over reaches like seriously why do you require permission for location or my browser history as these are permissions your app shouldn’t even touch ever yet you gleefully collect it all too sell sell sell. Greed is Gross but just as obnoxious is a flimflam this means that but that could also mean this except on leap year when that definitely means this as apposed to other years when it’s just a word salad of bla bla bla of nonsense. Reading your privacy policy literally made me check too make sure I no apps you are involved with as it’s truly disgusting your abuse of your users data for profit and marketing. ### 1/5 — Truly garbage developer & Privacy nightMARE!! *2025-03-13* Dude good job on the bait & switch with your free lifetime subscription via AppAdvice which NEVER existed!! But wait there’s more - let’s glance the privacy policy OH great you share data with everyone and anyone willing to pay you or your partners which includes anyone and everyone with cash or your not (not) friendly folk so you’ll barter a new curling iron, used toaster, even 3 wheel motorcycles without motors (ALL) will get you the user data, email info, username + contacts, financial information basically for an app that says it collects zero information YOUR privacy policy clearly stated you do collect and share at your leisure within the parameters of 1 + 1 = 9 or yada yada bla “we reserve the right to all your data once you agree to use our app” Good god man could you be anymore evil or greedy 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 💯🤥🙈 **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. There should be an option to use the app without an account. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2024-06-24* I’ve tried signing up to this app but as soon as I enter the password I receive an error message in relation to the account creation. I also tried using different emails to see if my main email address had some problem receiving the confirmation email but that work either. **Developer response:** We're sorry to learn that you're experiencing issues with signing up for Memoo. Thanks ### 1/5 — Could not even sign in *2021-01-03, version 1.3.4* Kept getting told the email verification link had just expired. Every. Single. Time. So no way to log in ### 3/5 — Good *2024-04-11* I enjoy the app but every few weeks it won’t go past the loading page when I open the app. It usually stays like that for a few days, and then magically works again. So it is a great app, except for the two days I can’t use it. ### 4/5 — Good app *2022-01-10* I like this app. It has a nice interface and it’s free. The only problem I’m having is that any time I leave the app, it signs me out. We’re confident this will continue to assist you in learning and retaining information effectively. ### 5/5 — I have a question *2022-12-10* Hi developers Thank you for making such an aesthetically pleasing app. I have one question, I just made my first deck of card, however I’m unable to find the option within the app to set up reminder/alarm for reminding me to review the cards. The spaced repetition, you know, after first time learning new knowledge, review it 25mins and then 1 hour and then it’s 5 hours and one day. All nine of them that helps learner to memorise the information forever, according to the Ebbinghaus’ forgetting curve. **Developer response:** Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. Memoo uses an algorithm that determines the time between card reviews and notifies you automatically every day to review all your pending cards if you have any, the app automatically will show you the cards that you are supposed to study at each forgetting point, and hide the cards that are still not due, until they are. ### 5/5 — Good *2020-09-26* Good app. My only complaint is When I space down or write long definition in the “Back” section. The “Add” tab is too big, it covers almost a whole of textbox. The app doesn’t let me scroll down to see what I’m typing. I can only review after I type it all down.
