It’s a better app then this one ### 1/5 — Register *2023-02-26, version 3.8* Doesn’t even let you register to make a account **Developer response:** Hello, an issue occured this Sunday, we have fixed the problem, can you please you check again? ### 1/5 — Stupid invention *2022-11-18, version 3.8* The only reason I bought the collar was because the lady said I would be able to track my dogs location any time, any where. For $80 I would hope so. Nope. It’s just incase someone finds her and HAPPENS to know that the collar logs her coat color, eye color, and name. Most the info you fill out is obvious by looking at her. The other is manually tracking that you’ve walked and watered your dog. Our memopet collar is in fact NOT for GPS tracking, but its use is to be a digital ID and Health card for your pet for everyday life. Plus what makes it special is its resistant and water resistant material. May we ask what was the name and location of the shop in which you bought the product? We'll need to talk to them. We are sure you can receive a refund or a change of some sort if you come back to them, if you don't want to use all the other utilities of the product anymore. Awaiting for your kind response. At your disposal MyFamily ### 1/5 — Misleading Advertising *2022-04-10, version 3.4* Misleading advertising makes you think that the nfc reader works with the dog ID tags but it only works with their collars and leashes… The tags themselves are also highly disappointing. The outer coating scratches off way too easily. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about the misunderstanding, the app logo is there just to let people know memopet exists. Since February, we have been removing it from the packaging. As for the broken ID tag, our company offers a two years warranty for any product, if you'd like to get a new one for free, write to info@myfamilyusa.com. Unable to access anything; always message “buy and register this collar” or “buy and register this leash…”. Personal information nation is very limited. Must scroll and select items. My breed wasn’t even listed. My COUNTRY wasn’t listed. I deleted the app. Piece of garbage intended only to advertise more of their products. **Developer response:** Hello thank you for writing us. So far a lot of money spent for an engraved tag!
