I paid several thousand dollars to have all of my families videos uploaded into Memorable. They are all missing and it tells me that it can’t find my email address that I used to sign up for this account. What’s going on here????

I’m not sure what’s happening, but any time I attempt to Login to my existing account, I get a 502 — Bad Gateway error. It also appears that the entire website is offline, so perhaps the company has gone out of business. It’s somewhat disappointing as I have several videos stored on their service.

Talk about a great service!   It changed everything.  All of my family (distributed all over the World) now has access to our precious family photos.  This is a life changer!!!

I have used Memorable for digitizing all my family memories. 8mm, Super 8, VHS, photos, slides, etc. They do a wonderful job with a finished product that is simply unbelievable to see. Everything is then saved to the cloud, as well as a hard storage option. My problem has been I have so much material, I became overwhelmed with keeping it all organized. But now they have released a new app that is simply amazing. The more I use this, the more I discover just how powerful this is. The organizational options, the facial recognition, the timeline.....they definitely did their homework here. All I can say is, quit putting off safe guarding your family treasures, and send them into Memorable. Download this app and get started. Then easily share those memories for your family to view, wherever they may be. And the folks there are happy to help with any questions or problems.
