Enfrentei dificuldades constantes na interpretação das instruções, organização das tarefas, classificações e automatizações. Perdi mais tempo tentando corrigir o sistema do que sendo ajudado por ele. Infelizmente, não atendeu às minhas expectativas. ### 1/5 — It doesnt work properly *2026-09-02* It has no memory of what the previous text was ,nor does it remember the task which i can clearly seen on my reminder list in the app when asked about it ,it says it doesnt know , i told it to send me a link everyday at 9:30am it didnt send me only sent on the first day even though its written that to be reminded of it everyday, such failure app i expected more from it ### 1/5 — Not able to cancel the subscription *2026-07-20* Don’t download. You will not be able to cancel it later. They have mechanisms in place to not allow you to cancel it. They will show network error and log you out. ### 1/5 — Golpistas! *2026-07-19* O serviço não cumpre o que promete, então resolvi cancelar ainda no período de teste grátis. Eles então me ofereceram uma extensão do período de teste por 30 dias, para que eu tivesse mais tempo para testar o serviço antes de cancelar. Eu aceitei a oferta. A App Store devia bani-los. ### 5/5 — Underrated gem *2026-06-28* Memorae has quickly become the app I rely on every day. To be honest I didn’t expect to use it as much as I do. I’m quite busy with the business I run and it’s made keeping track of important documents, passwords and pretty much everything else more organised and seamless. Being able to message in WhatsApp and everything being connected is ideal for me since this is what i use the most. ### 1/5 — Unable to cancel app during free trial *2026-06-09* I was looking for an AI assistant to help me manage tasks and reminders. I downloaded the app and signed up to the supernova plan under a free trial. I have found that the app has no Microsoft integration and therefore is of limited use to me. The app has a bug when trying to cancel the trial which is a real pain. I have now had to message the helpdesk and I’m now in Limbo waiting for a reply. Thanks for taking the time to review it. ### 1/5 — Fraud App *2026-04-04* On the surface, it appears like the app with the best features, but actually it's a fraud app. Its AI is completely mad and gives all kinds of hallucinating responses. It does not do what it says. It makes wrong entries. It generates random ideas on its own. It created a lot of problems, and there is no support. Despite me mailing the guys four times, there was no reply. They kept asking me, "Please send data, please send data," while I was constantly sending them mails with proof. Absolute fraud. Don't indulge in this app. **Developer response:** Hey, thanks for your feedback. We’re not making excuses here, but we do want to be fully transparent. At the time you reported the issue, our team was actively working on it. That’s why we requested screenshots and details, so we could properly reproduce and fix it. Instead of helping, it's actually making me less productive and super frustrated.
