The app crashes immediately after either accepting or denying notifications. The app support link goes nowhere.

**Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry the app crashed for you. 
That failure was caused by a temporary problem on our server side during a backend update, not by the app itself. It has since been fully fixed, and we now run redundant servers so the backend is always available. This will not happen again.
