Having been a member on and off for 20+ years, Memorial Athletic is superior on many levels.  The dynamic, professional staff, the broad range of classroom instruction- in addition to the state of the art weight machines-it’s a great place to get fit.  Since the outbreak of Covid-19, they have made every provision to keep the patrons safe, while keeping the gym open as much as possible.  My only (small) issue is the residual reservation policy that they have put into place since the pandemic.  It is tedious, and stressful-especially if circumstances require me to cancel at the last minute.  In addition, it is annoying to pull up the app if and when you make a spontaneous decision to grab a last minute class.  Other than that, I LOVE this place!!💪🥰

I was very exited when I saw the cold plonge. it’s great to decrease stress but I wish it could be a little colder than 57 degrees. I used it last Friday . Thank you so much for providing the members with this great therapy.
