Extremely frustrated with this app and the hardware. I’ve owned the Neeuro band for less than a year, and the experience has been terrible. It started with severe app lag and unresponsiveness on an iPad Pro. Now, one of the band sensors has completely stopped detecting.
Because of the constant hiccups and freezing, my children have completely lost interest in using it, telling me, "It will hang again, it's frustrating." For a device meant for development, the reliability and support are completely unacceptable. Avoid until they fix their app stability and customer service.

The app is crashing too much these days. It takes a lot of time to open and then shuts down itself. After playing any game the app does not show any results and shuts down.
