I absolutely got hooked when I played Red White Cinderella! I am overall really happy with it, but, I have been SO EXCITED all week to do the weekly rewards but today, the 7th day, I tried to claim the end of the week reward, and the box of rewards didn’t pop up, and allow me to claim it. I enjoy this app so keep up the good work! ### 4/5 — I love the game… it just stopped working *2022-02-09, version 3.2.1* I was able to play the game really well and I love the stories. But ever since the new update came out, everytime I open the app it stay black screen for a few seconds then the app crashes. I tried restarting my iPhone but still nothing. I would love to okay the game again, so hopefully a fix comes soon! ### 5/5 — Ad problems *2021-12-27* I tried the ads multiple times, and they said you got one diamond, but none gets added to the total amount. So far I don’t really mind, just pointing that out. Also mentioning, the guys outfit in Celestia looks off to me due to the fake buttons. I would prefer if you could possibly do something abt that, sorry for being picky, it’s just that the outfit is bothering me. I’m talking abt vals specifically. I’ll edit this later once I play some more of the games since I just started recently. The only thing I cannot figure out is the free diamonds…….you know, the watch an ad……get a diamond. You can win 10 free diamonds every day. The only thing is that when I play the ads for the free diamonds, the ad freezes, and won’t allow you to get the diamonds. This has been very frustrating, and on-going for a month!! What is the deal? I want my free daily diamonds. **Developer response:** Hi there, You can get more free diamonds by doing some daily missions. There are many rewards that give you diamonds. Also, don't forget to use the referral feature to get more diamonds if you invite your friends to play Memories. ### 4/5 — Good, but... *2021-08-21, version 3.1.3* The art is really good, but this game is incredibly sexist. I think it would be better if you added more masculine or gender non-conforming options for those who don't really appeal to the clothing choice given to the girls. I never liked dresses, and I was hoping I’d be able to change the hair by myself, because I want a more masculine character and all of the presets (which are the only option) are extremely feminine. If you could maybe make having different genders an option too, that would make the game much better. Other than that, I have really nothing bad to say. ### 4/5 — Bug *2021-08-19, version 3.1.3* I too love the art & storyline but am also getting stuck on the diamond bonus page. The first time it got stuck, I deleted & reinstalled the game as was suggested in another post. I had to redo everything again & fortunately it did not freeze when I was awarded my first bonus. However, I it is now frozen again on the diamond bonus page for my second bonus. I don’t want to reinstall again just to start all over. I cannot get to my in game ID as it is frozen. Very disappointing. ### 4/5 — I love it but.. :( *2021-08-14, version 3.1.3* I love this game a whole lot, the characters are super sweet and funny, with different personalities! There is a bug, as mentioned in another review, where, on your first gem, it doesn’t let you proceed. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game, and it hasn’t fixed it, but I really wanna play this game more! I’ll definitely keep it installed, and once the bug is fixed I can play it again. ### 4/5 — One BIG Issue *2021-07-28, version 3.1.3* I ABSOLUTELY Love the artwork, and the graphics and speech is very smooth. But theres one Problem, on my First daily gem, I cant get off that gem screen, so I cant continue the story. Which is a huge problem! But to get to the point, I’ve been having an issue with the game for the past week it doesn’t load in to the actual app and when it does I click on one of the stories and it doesn’t load in, please fix it. And my account the other day, All of my diamonds disappeared I had 130 diamonds I paid for them. Just get stuck on the loading screen. Tried pressing the contact us button in the settings and it does not work. I want my diamonds. I purchased them two days ago. The characters are amazing and really well-written and the stories are always really engaging. I also appreciate that diamonds for special choices can be obtained through adds, however I would prefer if the special choices were restricted to quiet, romantic moments rather than high stress situations. Other than that this game is amazing ### 4/5 — Release songs *2023-04-24, version 4.1.0* I think everything is so good so far just I feel like you should release the songs like the artists and upload it on apple, Spotify etc. like sea la I can only listen on YouTube please upload all the music you have created! I love the game it’s easy to get gems. Also another problem is keys.. at least make 5 keys daily so I can enjoy a whole chapter! What I love about this game is that the dialogues are very engaging, storyline is modern, relatable characters (dialogues r really good) there’s comedy, romance (hot scenes). I just wished that when we selected special scenes with a character, that those moments would be brought up by the guy or character i am playing in other chapters, but after those scenes have occurred, the characters engage with one another like those scenes never occurred. Also if you could make more diamonds available, like if we could get 5 diamonds per ad that’d be awesome, cause not everyone can afford to buy diamonds. This story though was so good, and every romantic angle is beautiful. The romantic scenes are so heart touching, it’s very well written, so kudos to the authors. Also I loved the background music so if you could make this music available on like Spotify, SoundCloud or something that’d be awesome. ### 5/5 — The story’s are longe but I enjoy it *2022-09-27* I used to wait every day to come back to school to play this game lol but I wouldn’t get that much In because of my work. But the story’s always motivated me and since they were so long it lasted we a while and then I would go on to the next one. I really enjoy how some story’s are comforting and have a really good plot. I usually hate love triangles and never read theme but Red white cinderella (the first one I read) was just amazing I got sucked in and loved both of theme and it was so hard for me to choose who I liked the most in the end but it was just amazing I can’t wait for winter we’re Il just sit down with a blanket and hot chocolate and enjoy these stories this app is truly my happy place . **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your kind review. Honestly, I think “Memories Otome” has the best story functions/options, some of the most well written stories, and character design/illustrations of all the otmome games I’ve ever played. I love how engaging the stories are. What I love (which a lot of games don’t have) is easy it is to get free diamonds so you can buy outfits or photo cards or romantic scenes. You also don’t have to pay to read an episode, it’s free! Furthermore, my favorite story from “Memories Otome” is Red White Cinderella.
