Your own thoughts are replaced by the ones society imposes on you.
It doesn't have to be this way. Listening to yourself is vital if you want to live a good life. No one knows better than you what is best for you.

In Memoto, you just write down anything you want to think about more regularly, and you're done. You will never forget it.
