## What is Memoton?

The Memoton game is an online brain game for training your memory and mindfulness. It consists of paired pictures, where the main goal of the game is to “open” as many paired cards as possible. The simple rules of the game are suitable for both children and adults.

The memory is like the muscles of your legs. If you stop practicing it, then it will become flabby. In addition, we all in old age run the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease, and one way to avoid this trouble is to constantly exercise our memory.

The Memoton online game is a great way to develop your brain and intelligence. Compete against your friends and other rivals in real time! A study that included 42 adults with mild cognitive impairment found that playing games on a brain-training app for eight hours over a four-week period improved performance in memory tests.

Exercising your cognitive skills by playing brain games is a fun and effective way to boost your memory.
