## What is Memox AI?

Agent One is an AI teammate that does the work, not just talks about it. Ask for what you need in plain English, and it researches it, does it, and reports back with what it found and what it did.

• It reads your website first, so it learns how your business actually works before you ask it anything.
• Everything it writes lands in the Work tab as a document you can open, read and copy.
• Connect a mailbox and it drafts your replies, with anything it wants to send waiting on your approval.
• Every task keeps its receipt in the thread: the steps it took, and what came back.
• Ask it anything. It searches the web, reads your site, and works from what it has learned about your business.
• Nothing changes without your approval. Approvals never expire silently and never run on their own.
• Still here: your live chat inbox. Every conversation from your website in real time, with one-tap handoffs when the AI passes a chat to a human.

Memox is the mobile companion to the Memox AI platform. You need an active Memox account to use this app.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-27

You can now connect Microsoft 365 from Connections, not only when a task asks for it. Your replies in Chat go to the run you're answering, and when several are waiting you choose which one. Chat shows one card per run, with no duplicates. Clearer wording when Memox saves files to your OneDrive. The website field in onboarding no longer shows an example address. Billing is now available in the app.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-22

- It reads your website first, so it learns how your business actually works before you ask it anything.
- Everything it writes lands in the Work tab as a document you can open, read and copy.
- Connect a mailbox and it drafts and sends your replies, with anything it wants to send waiting on your approval.
- Every task keeps its receipt in the thread: the steps it took, and what came back.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-02

Meet Agent One — an AI teammate, not just a chat window. Connect your business, tell it what you need, and it researches, writes and saves the work.

This update also makes the app better at the parts you do most.

- Connect Gmail from Connections, not just Microsoft 365, and disconnect a mailbox whose access was revoked
- Approve, change or decline a message your agent wants to send, without leaving the thread
- The Work tab now shows your mailbox, everything your agent has learned, and the emails behind a receipt
- Select part of a message or a document on iOS to copy it
- Fixed: the composer no longer stayed locked after you sent a message
- Fixed: on Android, the keyboard no longer covers the composer
