## What is Memphis 3?

The Memphis Mobile App is the best way to connect and monitor your Memphis Wood Fire Grill.  Easily check your food from home, work, the store, or your car (the passenger seat, of course).  Get a text or email when your grill or meal has reached temperature, allowing you to prep the next treat or spend time with your guests instead of watching the grill.  Plus, built-in automated recipes know exactly at what temp and how long to cook your favorite cuts of meat.

Unlike many other grill monitoring apps, the Memphis Mobile App works through the cloud, meaning that as long as your cell phone has a connection and your grill is connected to your home Wi-Fi network, you can literally check your grill from anywhere in the world.  With space for up to 3 meat probes you can monitor your meats to individual preferences to please the most choosey of guests.  Happy grilling!

Love the grill. App will eventually provision and connect to iPhone. Connection to WiFi network remains strong on next use, but WON’T SYNC TO PHONE!
Have deleted & re-provisioned grill multiple times, same problem.
It’s been several years-no one can fix this issue??

Have a Memphis Elite Built-In ITC3 and I have no problem actually provisioning the grill. However, I’m STILL unable to actually add the grill to my account. Instead of the previous “unknown error” mentioned in other reviews, now I keep getting “invalid grill nickname please try again”. This app is the most useless and infuriating thing I’ve ever dealt with.

Before purchasing my Memphis Grill Pro, I read how bad the app was but thought folks were exaggerating.  Nope!  I can’t even get logged in which is needed to connect to WiFi to install latest upgrades to the grill.  I’ve tried reset password numerous times and it takes the password, spins a bit and never gets past login screen.  I’ve uninstalled it and rebooted my iPhone.  Nothing helps.  So…Report to Developer, but that takes you too an oops can’t be found page.  Seriously?!  Had the grill not been installed in a custom kitchen, I would rip it out and go with another brand.  Ridiculous!
