Scanning home game tickets need to be easier // NO STALLING TIME WAITING ON THE BAR CODE TO LOAD ON THE APP AT THE GATE. I miss the old days of paper printed tickets myself. Never had to stall & wait for them to load… 

Like the apps usage and potential but it needs to be updated & problems need to be addressed sooner than later

This app is terrible by me being a season-ticket holder and also a reseller of tickets. This app is slow. It never pulls up the tickets and it crashes all the time. This is the worst  app ever. They need to fix this! It's beyond frustrating‼️ and I'm tired of having to log into Ticketmaster everytime I'm trying to put up my tickets
