In both instances it says that the user already exists. Sad but it’s a waste of my time. ### 1/5 — App not working *2024-03-05* When trying to log in I get a notice that there is no internet connection. Then I get a blank screen with no way to exit, just have to swipe up to close app. Also, there is no way to contact the developer to report the problem. Their website provides no information. ### 1/5 — Really???!! *2024-02-07* This app sounded perfect to use for my fiancé who has multiple chronic illnesses and the endless note taking as his caregiver. Fat chance!!! Soooo disappointed! I can’t make it passed the “Create an Account” page. I keep getting an error message. I’ve deleted & reinstalled it FOUR TIMES now. Upon downloading it takes you automatically throughout the entire app to explain what each feature is useful for. I think that’s a wonderful way to get ahead so you don’t have to learn on your own. There is a real problem with us as patients having our medical records in one place being that over the years we’ve had several providers. It’s important for us to have everything in one place so it’s accessible really at Any given point.
