I downloaded it, and it was there again the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that. Can someone create a fix for this? It’s been weeks of this foolishness. The update is terrible, nothing is intuitive, errors galore, it’s like it was designed by someone from windows who had to throw in 8 extra steps for no freaking reason to try and do anything. ERROR: JSON could not be serialized because of an error: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. This is incredibly disappointing and feels like a scam. Please update the software or something so people can actually make new accounts… ### 1/5 — App doesn't work!!! *2025-07-04* Not sure what happened but this app has not been working for a LOOOOOOOOONG time. It will not allow me to log in , and shows an error message "JSON could not be serialized because of error; The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.". This is clearly a programming issue. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-06-24* I’ve tried multiple times to just to create an account but the app won’t let me. Constantly comes up with errors. Bring back ability to earn gift cards *2025-03-08* Not sure what everyone is complaining about. I use the app every time I go to Menchie’s and it works fine, both for accumulating rewards and for spending gift cards/ Menchie’s money. That’s not the issue. What is not cool is when they remove features from the app. The Version History only shows “bug fixes” but they completely removed the ability to earn gift cards on the app, which was a fun way to get a few extra treats in my life. Bummer, guess I’ll be going to Menchie’s less, but evidently, that is what they want. ### 1/5 — Incredibly slow *2025-02-07* This app is so slow that it feels practically unusable. Every time I click on something it gives me a loading circle that takes forever even logging in took me a good 20 to 30 minutes and the loading time is not much better once you’re logged in. Recently received an email about scanning the app and spinning to win. Please reach out to our support team. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-07-13* This is a horrible app. I’ve had this app years ago and it was back then one of the many reasons I deleted the app. I recently downloaded it again to try and order something. The app is even worse than the previous time. I think this will be my last time with menchies as a whole. It’s gone downhill over the years. I was so bored while eating my ice cream and I saw that there were fun app games so I dowlad the app but there were no fun app games. Another thing was that there was not enough ice cream for me to eat. They should’ve made more for me to eat. I as the best ice cream eater is dissatisfied. Please do better now.
