A 90-DAY NO-CONTACT GOAL THAT WON'T SHAME YOU
A calendar built around 90 days of no contact. Confirm each day, watch your progress grow, and
celebrate when you reach 90. A slip is recorded honestly — but it never resets your progress. This
is a measure of time and healing, not a streak you can fail.

A DAILY CHECK-IN
Log how you're really doing — heavy, tender, or steady — and get one small grounding step for the
day. We count the days you show up, never a streak. Bad days are never punished.

SAY IT HERE INSTEAD
The 2 a.m. text. The paragraph you keep rewriting. Write it all out, then keep it in a private vault
to re-read later, or release it and watch it dissolve — nothing sent, nothing you'll regret.
