### 2/5 — You should be able to track days

*2026-07-28, version 3.5.0*

Today is July 28 not 26 and your keeping track of streaks is disappointing.

### 4/5 — About the Bats ?!?

*2026-07-18, version 3.5.0*

Not one mention of What the Bats represent and the Colors fading in and out. Perhaps a Beginners Visual go thru of the Session will very helpful.

### 2/5 — Still no iPad Support

*2026-06-22, version 3.5.0*

Whilst I like using my Mendi I would much prefer to be sat at a table using an iPad rather than having to hold my iPhone. Hopefully this can happen soon.

### 2/5 — It is ok

*2026-05-12, version 3.5.0*

It kinda works

### 2/5 — Jury is still out

*2026-04-28, version 3.4.0*

I’ve been inconsistent with use of this device because I don’t see much difference in my sessions. I will continue to try usage to improve my pre frontal cortex engagement. The annual subscription fees are excessive in my opinion which is also a deterrent. I will continue use until my current subscription lapses and probably put my device on ebay. I notice mendi has less than 500 reviews/ downloads which may indicate lack of market value/popularity

### 3/5 — Inaccurate

*2026-04-06, version 3.4.0*

Kept dropping randomly from like 30 to 0

### 2/5 — Meh - it’s an expensive “maybe it’s working?”

*2026-03-24, version 3.4.0*

This was recommended by my psychiatrist. Without doing much investigation I bought it. 3 months after, I haven’t seen any progress. Also the app doesn’t give you any kind or analytics, trends, feedback for improvement or something meaningful tailored to you. It just has a bunch of static articles that honestly you could find online very easily. I’ll continue using it, but I wish i knew this before, my bad. Buyers you’ve been warned

### 4/5 — Helping the world overcome mental challenges

*2026-03-09, version 3.3.3*

Thank you for creating this app. It continues to help me to focus and learning how to concentrate at a higher level. It’s not easy having to go back and learn things that we should’ve learned when we were young, but I do appreciate what you all are doing for everyone in my position and those who won’t have to go through what I had to live with. Hopefully one day you can lower the price for those who can’t afford to pay what I paid..

### 5/5 — Does something good

*2026-02-08, version 3.3.3*

Using a month and I have seen a great improvement in my ability to focus.

### 4/5 — It works!

*2026-02-02, version 3.3.3*

When I purchased the Mendi device, I was quite skeptical. I’ve been using it now for approximately two months with relative consistency. On average, I utilize the Mendi five days out of the week. I have noticed that when I’m more consistent in other words. A day I have better focus throughout the day and find that through the practice of using the device I’m able to self regulate. Much more effectively.
My only complaint if you would call it that. Is that you can’t toggle between program types. In other words, I can’t change from focus to relaxation or to help with sleep without losing data from the other programs I’m running. Also, it would be nice to have variations on the “game”.
One other thing that I really like is the integration of brain FM.
A feature that I would love to see is some kind of integration with an AI tool that can explain to you and also help you with advice to help you increase your score.

### 4/5 — It’s good by they need more features

*2026-01-29, version 3.3.3*

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. But the app needs improvement. We don’t need more articles about brain health. Please give a better breakdown of the data. The app should also track the baseline oxygen levels, it should give better analysis and interpretation of all the results. When tracking progress over weeks or months, I don’t like how my “commitment” to log in everyday should factored into my overall score. The performance factors is all that matters in my opinion. At least give us the option to customize that if we do not want commitment factored in. Also there should be graphs and other ways to see the results over time. There is a lot of potential for this that I don’t think is being fully tapped into.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-01-25, version 3.3.3*

My bestie is a phd neuroscientist and she approves of the Mendi. (She’s a little nutty but she’s smart lol) I gotta say this is a game changer. If you’re reading this buy it and stick with it.

### 5/5 — Straight forward and interesting

*2026-01-21, version 3.3.3*

I bought the Mendi device to test if it would help with my focus during my meditation and after 2 weeks of use I feel a slight improvement. The app is simple and quick to use, and most importantly works well. I can set up different profiles for the people in my household to use it too.

### 5/5 — First session

*2026-01-18, version 3.3.3*

Very interesting by the time I hit 15 minutes. My brain felt tired strained. Can’t wait to get out with the next session.

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2026-01-17, version 3.3.3*

I love this device. It’s addictive. I pray during use; to my Lord and Saviour, Yeshua the Christ as He is my Rock. He saved and continues to save me from my awful sin. I’m a sinner and always will be, but with use of these devices and others, such as my HaloNeuroscience.com stimulator, my ApolloNeuro.com stimulator, my Pulsetto.com stimulator and my FisherWallace.com stimulator along with my Binaural Beats Brain Entrainment sessions and my BiofeedbackNeurological Sessions with OptimalBrainCenterofIdaho.com with Joe Solosabal, my anxiety is under control, all under the authority of my Abba-Father in Heaven.
Thank you Neuroscientists at Mendi.io, you’ve been instrumental in changing my life. ALL Glory to God!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Cheap

*2026-08-01, version 3.5.0*

They don’t answer you and the app is awful just one game simple game

### 1/5 — Honestly, I think it’s a scam…

*2026-06-17, version 3.5.0*

Basically if you live your head up, the ball moves up… move head down, ball moves down… they make it seem like you control the ball on the screen with your mind and that calms you down and provides neuro feedback… BS… I wasted all that money to basically tap a few current emotions and watch a ball move on a screen with some headband on that makes you think it’s providing neurological benefits. It’s pretty much impossible for the headband to read your oxygen levels the way that it’s designed….dont fall for the gimmick… the other reviews are probably paid!!!

### 1/5 — App has counting issue

*2026-02-08, version 3.3.3*

I’ve been using the Mendi device for over six months, and while the device itself has been helpful for improving focus and productivity, the app has a major issue with tracking usage streaks. Several times, when I’ve reached close to 50 days of use, the app suddenly resets my count back into the low 40s. This has happened repeatedly, and I’ve documented each occurrence along with the session details. The inconsistency makes it impossible to accurately track progress or maintain goals based on consecutive usage, which is frustrating given that progress tracking is one of the app’s core functions.

Update: The app is now removing badges that were previously given. The 25 day badge was removed. Please do better

### 1/5 — Can’t figure out this device no instructions would like refund stopped using

*2026-02-05, version 3.3.3*

I don’t understand why there was no instructions

### 1/5 — What are the directions?

*2026-01-13, version 3.3.3*

I don’t see directions. How do I glean information from a tumbling flower!

### 1/5 — Mendis is boring you don’t even do anything you just sit and watch it for three five or ten minutes

*2026-01-12, version 3.3.3*

Bad bad but bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad

### 1/5 — Making a loyal customer angry for NO REASON

*2026-01-07, version 3.3.3*

I have purchased 6 Mandi’s.
After a week of 97+ scores,
I had a reset not requested by me.
I had to log in. Why?
I had training videos. Why?
10 minutes not 15 minutes
Bats. If I wanted to bats I would move to Austin
71 score
No streak (which messes up every 20 days or so anyway)
Meditation should calm, not enrage

### 1/5 — Pseudoscience or Snake Oil

*2025-11-04, version 3.2.0*

Update: It seems the first unit was defective. Mendi sent a replacement. The new unit does show activity and when I adjusted it during a session mentioned I was moving too much. Still unsure if the ball progress is preprogrammed or feedback based. I’m willing to give it a try and will report back.

Original: The unit shows it is connected to Bluetooth and displays a sequence like it is reading some type of electro activity but then measures Zero neural activity.

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same result. I added the device to another phone. Same result. I replaced my phone with a new iPhone 17 Max Pro. Same result. Oddly, despite it measuring Zero neural activity, the game score improves with each use. Funny thing… I set it on the kitchen counter and ran the program. It still shows the brain image syncing and gives you a game score of 70 without the device even being on your head. I was impressed by the accolades but it seems the results may be just from a commitment to meditate daily with this headset being a placebo.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love this thing

*2026-08-16, version 3.5.0*

I have done feedback in the most professional high cost setting and I can’t believe this exists for an at home use that produces the same results. And…there is no monthly fee for the App! It’s all included for life. I fell out of practice and then picked it back up again recently and had forgotten the app was included. Thank you Mendi!

### 5/5 — Easy way to tune your brain for calm focus.

*2026-07-23, version 3.5.0*

Non invasive user friendly Neurofeedback home trainer. Connects easily, customizable settings. Effective as advertised. Reasonable price point. Highly recommend for children and adults.

### 5/5 — I love Mendi!

*2026-07-05, version 3.5.0*

I have had Mendi for more than 2 years now. Currently I’m on a 41 day streak. My mood, well-being, productivity, and many other aspects are better because of using Mendi. I notice little things all the time that are without a doubt improvements. Everything is better, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot better. I love to play golf. Doing a 10 minute Mendi session before golfing produces a mental focus that maintains itself throughout my entire round, which I love. I can’t say enough good things about Mendi.

### 5/5 — Great tool for your brain

*2026-06-27, version 3.5.0*

Using the menu for about five days, no noticing significant changes in my daily activities,
remembering where I set my glasses down
Focus for long periods of time
About using the Mendi every morning

### 5/5 — Day 1

*2026-05-04, version 3.5.0*

Exceptional plus the Meditation Series is a Must!

### 5/5 — I am loving it potential life-changing product

*2026-03-30, version 3.4.0*

I believe that this product is a game changer in my life as reenergized my desire to do meditation two times a day. I’ve been telling others about this amazing product.

I love mendi it helps me be calm

### 5/5 — Life-changing

*2026-03-05, version 3.3.3*

Could this be the device I’ve been waiting for my entire life to help me with ADD? After 2 1/2 -3 weeks, I’ve seen phenomenal progress. It almost feels like my brain is starting to operate the way God created it instead of under the influence of the inability to focus, stay engaged with tasks, and finish assignments. At this point, I would give it six stars if possible.

### 5/5 — It works for some reason

*2026-02-14, version 3.3.3*

As someone who has struggled with focus and anxiety I can’t say exactly what it does but relaxing, focusing on the ball and applying gentle pressure for several minutes as done wonders for helping with both focus and anxiety. I say this as someone who has struggled with ADHD and depression that this has helped along with the appropriate medications.
